A Russian military delegation meets with the Turkish forces at Al-Darbasiyah border crossing, in conjunction with the fall of a Turkish shell that left civilian injuries

The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored the arrival of a military patrol affiliated to the Russian forces to Al-Darbasiyah crossing at the border with Turkey in Al-Hasakah countryside, where the Russian patrol was escorted by a civilian and media delegation, and reliable sources informed the Syrian Observatory that the Turkish forces deployed at the crossing, have fired a shell whose kind is not known so far, which resulted in the injury of 5 persons of the civilian delegation present there, amid news about the injury of Russian military personnel, followed by a meeting between the Russian patrol and the Turkish forces, after sending the citizens and media persons away from the area, and the two sides discussed the mechanism of conducting the Russian – Turkish joint patrols in the area which supposed to start tomorrow, and the SOHR published hours ago, that it monitored heavy vehicles and tanks affiliated to the regime forces, heading from Ayn Al-Arab city (Kobani) towards villages in the city’s western countryside, also sources informed the SOHR that a Russian patrol arrived at sunset of yesterday, Monday, in the village of Al-Jawadiyah / Jal Agha which is located in the countryside of Al-Malikiyah (Dayrik), but the Internal Security Forces (Asayish) prevented it from stopping and forced it to return, clarifying that the area from the east of Al-Qamishli to Al-Malikiyah is not included within the agreement with the Russians and that they are not entitled to go there.

And the SOHR published yesterday, Monday, that the regime forces completed their deployment along the border line connecting Amuda and Darbasiyah, in addition to Dahr al-Arab and Kasr east of Ras al-Ayn city, where they spread at border posts located in the above mentioned area in accordance with the Russian – Turkish agreement and the regime forces agreement with the SDF, as SDF continue their withdrawal from the area there, the Syrian Observatory published yesterday that the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored the entry of the regime forces to Dahrat al-Arab village, and they established a security point and positioned inside the village near the Syrian – Turkish border north of al-Hasakah; on the road of Ras al-Ayn – al-Darbasiyah.

The Syrian Observatory published today that the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights learned that the regime forces have deployed in al-Kasra, Hliwah, al-Asdiyah, Abu Rasin, Madaba, Bab al-Khair, Salhiya, and Ghaziriyyah located between Tal Tamr and Ras al-Ayn after the Syria Democratic Forces withdrew from them, who in turn continue to withdraw from villages on the border in the areas of Amuda and Darbasiyah, where the Syrian Observatory has just published that the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored the withdrawal of the Syria Democratic Forces from Sanjak Saadoun village and other villages in Amuda area at the border with Turkey, in accordance with the Russian – Turkish agreement that states SDF should withdraw to a distance of 32 km deep in the area, amid expectation for more withdrawals from other areas in accordance with the agreement, the Observatory also monitored the passage of Russian military vehicles from Ayn Issa town on Sunday morning, the vehicles headed to al-Hasakah – Aleppo highway known as the M4 road.
