International Coalition trucks leave Qaserki base in conjunction with preparations to begin joint Russian – Turkish patrols along the border

The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored the exit of a column of trucks belongs to the International Coalition; from Qaserki Base located on the M4 highway between Tal Tamr and Tal Baydar within the area connecting the Iraqi border – Qamishli – Aleppo, where the trucks headed towards the Iraqi territory, at a time when preparations continue for running joint military patrols between the Russians and the Turks along the border with Turkey, where Russian military armors were seen coming from Qameshly airport towards the city then they headed towards the border, and the Syrian Observatory published this morning that the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored a cautious calm prevailing the east Euphrates area, amid anticipation for running joint military Turkish – Russian patrols at the border with Turkey, such as Darbasiyah, Jel Agha, Malkiyyeh and other areas at the border in addition to Ayn al-Arab (Kobani), in accordance with the Russian – Turkish agreement, and sources of the Syrian Observatory reported that this anticipation is accompanied by resentment by people of the aforementioned areas, as they refuse the Turkish forces to enter into their areas, and the Syrian Observatory monitored violent clashes in areas of Abu Rasin (Zarkan), between the regime forces and the Syria Democratic Forces against the Turkish Forces and the factions loyal to them lasted until dawn of today, Wednesday, also the sporadic clashes continue between both parties in areas south of Ras al-Ayn (Sari Kani) city, while the factions and the Turkish Forces managed to capture 18 members of the regime forces, and the Syrian Observatory documented more casualties in the ranks of both parties, where it rose to 15, the number of casualties of the regime forces who were killed today, also it rose to 11, the number of casualties of the Turkey-loyal factions, and the death toll is expected to rise because there are some people in critical situation.
