Material damage in a booby-trapped vehicle explosion north of Deir Ezzor city at the road to Hasakah

Deir Ezzor Province, the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights: an explosion shook Wednesday morning M’eizileh village north of Deir Ezzor city, it was caused by a booby-trapped vehicle explosion parked on the outskirts the highway connecting the cities of Deir Ezzor and Hasaka, which caused material damage, but no information about casualties yet, and the Syrian Observatory published on the 29th of October 2019 that in the shadow of the mounting security chaos within the controlled areas of the SDF in the east of Euphrates, the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights learned that unidentified gunmen on a motorcycle opened fire of their machineguns on one of the security checkpoints of the Syria Democratic Forces in Al-Shuhayl town in the eastern countryside of Deir Ezzor, without information about casualties.
