Casualties and injuries in airstrikes by the Russian “guarantor’s” warplanes on Idlib countryside in conjunction with the flight of reconnaissance drones

The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights documented the death of a man and a girl, who are displaced people from in Kafr Nubl town, while others -including children- were injured when Russian warplanes targeting the town by several raids, also several citizens were injured in Russian airstrikes targeted al-Ftirah town in Idlib countryside, also the Russian warplanes bombarded the towns of Sfuhen and Kafr Nubl in the southern countryside of Idlib, coincided with the flight of several Russian reconnaissance drones in airspace of the area.

The Syrian Observatory monitored that Russian warplanes returned to bomb the “de-escalation” area again after their absence from the skies for more than 12 continuous hours since yesterday evening, where the warplanes targeted Kabani area in the northern countryside of Latakia this morning, also regime’s ground forces shelled Ma’aret Hurmah, Kafrsajna, Sheikh Mustafa, Arinbeh, Muqah, Tahtaya, and Om Jalal in the southern and eastern countryside of Idlib.

And with the fall of more casualties, it rose to at least 4287, the number of people who were killed since the 31st of April 2019, the date of start of the most violent escalation in terms of aerial and ground bombardment, shelling, and targeting since Putin – Erdogan agreement, until the 30th of October 2019, and they are: 1097 civilians including 269 children and 195 citizen women, and they are 232 including 45 children and 43 women, and 8 of the civil defense and 5 of the ambulance team were killed in Russian aerial bombardment on the countryside of Idlib and Hama, and 88 including 19 women and 15 children were killed in the fall of barrel bombs, and 542 including 155 children, 92 women, and 5 members of the rescue teams were killed in targeting by regime’s warplanes, also 148 people including 26 women and 25 children were killed in a ground shelling carried out by the regime forces, and 81 citizens including 26 children and 15 women were killed in shelling by the factions on al-Suqaylabiyah, Qamhana, Al-Rasif, Al-Aziziyah, Karnaz, Jurin, Al-Nairab Camp, neighborhoods in Aleppo city and its southern countryside, while at least 1732 fighters were killed in the Russian airstrikes and the regime’s aerial and ground shelling including 1135 of the Jihadis, in addition to killing of 1465 members of the regime forces in targeting and shelling by jihadi groups and factions.

And during the period between the 15th of February 2019; the date of the meeting of “Rouhani – Erdogan – Putin” until the 31st of October 2019, and Syrian Observatory documented the death of 4816 people in the Russian – Turkish truce areas, they are 1376 civilians including 350 children under the age of eighteen and 259 women over the age of eighteen, they were killed in the Russian aerial bombardment and the rocket shelling by the regime forces and the factions, and among the death toll of civilians there are 107 people including 31 children under the age of eighteen and 19 citizen women over the age of eighteen, they were killed in the fall of shells launched by the factions, and 1818 fighters were killed in different conditions within the demilitarized area since Putin – Erdogan agreement, including 1179 fighters of the “Jihadis” and 1622 of the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them.

While the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights documented since the start of the Russian – Turkish truce the death of 5047 people in areas of Erdogan – Putin agreement, they are: 1459 civilians including 379 children and 273 women, were killed in shelling by the regime forces and the militiamen loyal to them, targeting, and bombardment by warplanes, and among them there are 108 people including 31 children and 20 women, were killed in the fall of shells launched by the factions, and 1885 fighters were killed in deferent circumstances within the demilitarized area since Putin – Erdogan agreement, including 1272 of the “Jihadi” fighters, and 1705 members of the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them.
