The regime forces stationed in Manbij shell areas under control of the Turkish forces and gunmen loyal to them north-east of Aleppo by heavy artillery
Aleppo Province – The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights: the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored shelling by heavy artillery carried out by the regime forces stationed at the outskirts of Manbij city, targeting Al-Hamran town which is under control of the Turkish forces and their loyal factions in Jarabulus countryside north-east of Aleppo, and the damage was limited to material only.
And the SOHR monitored on the 26th of October 2019, the fall of a rocket shell on Al-Haal Market in Al-Bab city in the north-east countryside of Aleppo, and the source of the shell is the regime forces, which resulted in the injury of 4 citizens who were taken to the field clinics in the city.
