With the arrival of winter, extremely difficult humanitarian conditions for the displaced people as a result of “Peace Spring” Operation amid limited support but the local organizations

The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights learned that “al-Raqqah Civil Council” is moving the remaining tents in Ayn Issa camp north of the al-Raqqah city, in order to establish a new camp for displaced people, against the backdrop of the “Peace Spring” operation in Tal al-Samn village, without the support of any of the international organizations concerned with the humanitarian aspect, despite the difficult conditions of the displaced people especially as winter comes, where the support is limited to local organizations, while sources told the Syrian Observatory that the organizations began gradually to return to the area in order to complete their work there, and in the same context, the Syrian Observatory learned that local parties are working on establishing a new camp in al-Hasakah area, to house the displaced people of Ras al-Ayn (Sari Kani) city, despite the limited possibilities as well, where what is known as “mayor of Al-Hasakah” is refusing to help and prevents the UN from providing help, and in Darbasiyah town: sources in the town told the Syrian Observatory that the citizens are gradual returning to the town amid a gradual return for the movement of the markets.
