The Russian forces bring reinforcements to their military base in Manbij city east of Aleppo

Aleppo Province – Syrian Observatory for Human Rights: Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored that the Russian army has brought military reinforcements represented by 4 tanks and 4 military vehicles to Al-Sa’diyyah Base west of Manbij city.

It is noteworthy that Al-Sa’diyyah is a former base of the International Coalition forces.

This action comes about 48 hours after the running of the first Turkish – Russian patrol east of Euphrates.

SOHR published on 2nd of November, that it monitored shelling by heavy artillery carried out by the regime forces stationed at the outskirts of Manbij city, targeting Al-Hamran town which is under control of the Turkish forces and their loyal factions in Jarabulus countryside north-east of Aleppo, and the damage was limited to material only.

And the SOHR monitored on the 26th of October 2019, the fall of a rocket shell on Al-Haal Market in Al-Bab city in the north-east countryside of Aleppo, and the source of the shell is the regime forces, which resulted in the injury of 4 citizens who were taken to the field clinics in the city.
