With a Russian – Turkish – American agreement, the regime forces deploy along the area extending from Qameshly to Qahtaniyah

The regime forces continue their deployment in the eastern countryside of Qameshly city for the first time in 7 years, where the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights learned that the regime forces have deployed along the area extending from Qameshly to Qahtaniyah in an area longer than 20 km, in accordance with Russian – Turkish – American agreement, and the Syrian Observatory published yesterday that the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights learned from several reliable sources that the regime forces have deployed again during the past hours in the western countryside of al-Darbasiyah, after they withdrew on the 30th of October 2019, where the sources told the Syrian Observatory that the redeployment took place through more than 200 members heavily armed with heavy weapons and vehicles, and they were deployed in Qara Qermaniyyeh, Qirawan, Karabeshk, Shirik, Khirbet Haji Ibrahim, Hliwa, Arad, Dahr al-Arab, Kesra, Asadiyyeh, Tal Hermel, and other villages in the western countryside of al-Darbasiyah north of Abu Rasin (Zarkan) area.
