With Turkish drones’ support, Turkey-loyal factions carry out a new attack on areas in Ras al-Ayn area north of al-Raqqah and the battles close Jabaliyah – Ayn Issa highway
The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored clashes and violent battles in areas at Ayn Issa north of al-Raqqah city; between the factions loyal to Ankara against the Syria Democratic Forces, in the renewed violent attack by the former on positions of the latter, where clashes are concentrated on the outskirts the highway of Jabaliyah – Ayn Issa, and the areas of al-Khalidiya and al-Debs in the area, accompanied by intense and violent ground shelling in addition to airstrikes by the Turkish drones, which led to more casualties in the ranks of both parties, while the Syrian Observatory learned that Jabaliyah – Ayn Issa Highway was closed by the clashes there, and the Syrian Observatory published hours ago that the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored violent clashes north of Ayn Issa town in the northern countryside of al-Raqqah in the past hours, between the Syria Democratic Forces against the Turkey-loyal factions, in a new round of attack carried out by the factions yesterday evening on Sherkrak village area and its silos, where the factions are trying to control the silos and close the international highway there, which is tens of meters away from the silos and the clashes lasted until dawn of today, accompanied by intensive exchange of shelling, in addition to targeting by the Turkish drones for the fighting areas, and information about more casualties in the ranks of both parties.
The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights published yesterday that the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored exchange of targeting with shells and heavy machineguns between the Syria Democratic Forces against the Ankara-loyal factions, in areas at the countryside of Ayn Issa north of al-Raqqah city, while the Syrian Observatory documented more casualties in the ranks of both parties, due to shelling and clashes in Shrekrak village area in Ayn Issa Township during the past 24 hours, where it rose to 17, the number of casualties of the Turkey-loyal factions, while 10 members of the Syria Democratic Forces were killed in airstrikes by drones and during the same clashes, where SDF were able to counter the violent attack that lasted hours.
