The regime forces put tens of members of the “settlements and reconciliations” south of Damascus in fronts of Latakia Mountains

The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights learned from several reliable sources that the “Republican Guard” forces of regime’s army transferred during the past week about 200 members of the “settlements and reconciliations” who joined its ranks recently south of the capital Damascus; to the hot fronts of Jabal al-Akrad in the northern countryside of Latakia, local sources from the south of Damascus told the “Syrian Observatory” that tens of people from areas south of Damascus decided to hide away fearing of being forced into battles of Jabal al-Akrad, after being informed of the need to join the fronts of Latakia’s north, but regime’s security branches sent direct threats through Mukhtars of towns of south Damascus, that if they do not join within 5 days the security services will carry out large-scale arrests in the area to arrest those who are hiding.
