IS whip 3 men in al- Raqqa

Al- Raqqa Province: IS militants whipped 3 men in al- Tabaqa area in the west of the province of al- Raqqa for “perjury”, where IS made them carrying banners written on them “false witnesses in the Islamic Court in al- Tabaqa” in front of dozens of people.
