Unknown militants target a security checkpoint in Kafarbatna town of Eastern Ghouta in Damascus countryside

A loud explosion was heard this evening in Kfarbatna town of Eastern Ghouta in Damascus countryside. According to sources of the SOHR, the explosion was caused by an explosive device thrown by unknown persons at one of the checkpoints of the Political Security in the vicinity of the town, amid confirmed information about injuries among the elements at the checkpoint.

On November 7, the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights reported that a loud explosion was heard in the city of Qudsaya, northwest Damascus, as it turned out to be a result of an explosive device in an overnight bus belonging to regime forces in the Republican Guard housing area, resulting in injuries among them, some of them is with serious injuries.
