With air support from the Turkish drones, Ankara-loyal factions launch new offensive on the area between Tal Tamr and Abu Rasin (Zarkan) and control a village in the area

The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored the escalation of clashes again in areas located between Abu Rasin (Zarkan) and Tal Tamr, between the Syria Democratic Forces against the Turkey-loyal factions, as part of the new attack carried out by the factions with intensive ground support, in addition to airstrikes by Turkish drones, and the Syrian Observatory learned that the factions were able to take control of al-Mahmudiya village near al-Qasimiyah in Tal Tamr countryside, and the Syrian Observatory just published that clashes continue at varying pace of violence in places north of Ayn Issa town in the northern countryside of al-Raqqah, east of Ras al-Ayn (Sari Kani), and the area between Tal Tamr and Abu Rasin, between Turkey-loyal factions against the Syria Democratic Forces, accompanied by exchange of targeting using shells and heavy machineguns, and information about more casualties in the ranks of both parties, while the Syrian Observatory published this morning that the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored on Tuesday morning sporadic exchange of targeting with shells and heavy machine guns, between the Ankara-loyal factions against the regime forces and the Syria Democratic Forces, in several places within the area connecting Tal Tamr and Abu Rasin (Zarkan), amid sporadic clashes in the area between both parties, also the area is witnessing the flight of Turkish drones in conjunction with targeting positions there every now and then, after violent clashes over the past few days in which tens of people were killed and injured of all parties.
