Russian “guarantor’s” warplanes renew the bombing on Idlib countryside… Shelling and violent clashes in Jabal al-Akrad

Russian warplanes carried out several raids on Wednesday morning, targeting places in Shnan village and the vicinity of Frekya in Jabal al-Zawiyah south of Idlib city, while the regime forces shelled after midnight of yesterday places in Ma’aret Hurmah, Kafrsajna, Sheikh Mustafa, Bsaqla, and Arinbeh in the southern sector of Idlib countryside, while regime’s warplanes carried out several raids on Kabana area at Jabal al-Akrad in the northern countryside of Latakia, amid clashes on in Tal al-Zwiqat area in Kabani in the northern countryside of Latakia, between the jihadi groups against the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them, in a new attack carried out by the latter on positions of the first, amid intensive exchange of shelling and targeting, and the Syrian Observatory documented the death of a civilian and the injury of more than 10 others in rocket shelling carried out by the factions yesterday evening on Sayf al-Dawla neighborhood in Aleppo city, which is controlled by the regime forces.

And with the fall of more casualties, it rose to at least 4433, the number of people who were killed since the 30th of April 2019, the date of start of the most violent escalation in terms of aerial and ground bombardment, shelling, and targeting since Putin – Erdogan agreement, until the 13th of November 2019, and they are: 1140 civilians including 283 children and 205 citizen women, and they are 265 including 55 children and 50 women, and 9 of the civil defense and 5 of the ambulance team were killed in Russian aerial bombardment on the countryside of Idlib and Hama, and 88 including 19 women and 15 children were killed in the fall of barrel bombs, and 549 including 157 children, 93 women, and 5 members of the rescue teams were killed in targeting by regime’s warplanes, also 154 people including 28 women and 26 children were killed in a ground shelling carried out by the regime forces, and 84 citizens including 27 children and 15 women were killed in shelling by the factions on al-Suqaylabiyah, Qamhana, Al-Rasif, Al-Aziziyah, Karnaz, Jurin, Al-Nairab Camp, neighborhoods in Aleppo city and its southern countryside, while at least 1776 fighters were killed in the Russian airstrikes and the regime’s aerial and ground shelling including 1154 of the Jihadis, in addition to killing of 1517 members of the regime forces in targeting and shelling by jihadi groups and factions.

And during the period between the 15th of February 2019; the date of the meeting of “Rouhani – Erdogan – Putin” until the 13th of November 2019, and Syrian Observatory documented the death of 4959 people in the Russian – Turkish truce areas, they are 1423 civilians including 364 children under the age of eighteen and 269 women over the age of eighteen, they were killed in the Russian aerial bombardment and the rocket shelling by the regime forces and the factions, and among the death toll of civilians there are 110 people including 32 children under the age of eighteen and 19 citizen women over the age of eighteen, they were killed in the fall of shells launched by the factions, and 1862 fighters were killed in different conditions within the demilitarized area since Putin – Erdogan agreement, including 1187 fighters of the “Jihadis” and 1674 of the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them.

While the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights documented since the start of the Russian – Turkish truce the death of 5192 people in areas of Erdogan – Putin agreement, they are: 1506 civilians including 393 children and 283 women, were killed in shelling by the regime forces and the militiamen loyal to them, targeting, and bombardment by warplanes, and among them there are 111 people including 32 children and 20 women, were killed in the fall of shells launched by the factions, and 1929 fighters were killed in deferent circumstances within the demilitarized area since Putin – Erdogan agreement, including 1291 of the “Jihadi” fighters, and 1757 members of the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them.
