After the arrival of the Turkey-loyal factions to the outskirts of Tal Tamr yesterday, SDF regain control of several villages in Tal Tamr – Abu Rasin area

Violent clashes continue between the Syria Democratic Forces against the Turkey-loyal factions, in areas north of Tal Tamr  within the area leading to Abu Rasin (Zarkan), and the Syrian Observatory learned that the SDF were able to recover several villages they lost to the factions during the past few hours, and kept the factions away from Tal Tamr after they got close to its northern outskirts, and in the same context, the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored displacement from several villages located in the clash areas, due to the shelling, targeting, and violent clashes.

The Syrian Observatory published few hours ago that the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored violent clashes in places located in the area connecting Tal Tamr and Abu Rasin (Zarkan), between the Turkey-loyal factions against the Syria Democratic Forces, in a counterattack carried out by SDF since yesterday evening, accompanied by intensive exchange of shelling in addition to the flight of Turkish drones in the sky and targeting the battle areas, which are concentrated in Rihaniyya, Qasimiyah, and other places in the area, where the SDF are trying to regain positions they lost to the factions in the last few hours and days, after the factions reached the outskirts of Tal Tamr town from its northern side, while the Syrian Observatory documented the killing of 9 members of the Ankara-loyal factions during the clashes, in addition to 6 members of the SDF were killed in shelling and clashes, and the death toll is expected to rise because there are some people in critical situation, in addition to information about other casualties.

And with the fall of more casualties, the death toll among the Syria Democratic Forces, military councils and internal security forces since the start of the Turkish military operation on Wednesday afternoon have risen to 420. The SOHR also documented the death of 28 members of the regime forces as a result of a missile targeting by the Turkish-backed factions on the areas of north-west of Manbij and the east of Ayn Issa town in positions of the regime forces’ deployment. Meanwhile, the number of deaths among Syrian factions loyal to Ankara and the pro-Turkey cells killed in the attacks and clashes against the SDF during the same period reached 298, including 21 of the cells loyal to Ankara killed in clashes with the SDF, in addition to 10 Turkish soldiers were killed during the battels, amid information about more dead Turks on the Turkish-Syrian border, and the number of those killed is likely to rise due to the high number of wounded, some of them in serious cases.
