In order to drive them to conscription service .. the “Military Police” pursue university students in Aleppo

The “Military Police” of the regime forces have arrested a number of university students.

Patrols of the Military Police carried out a campaign of arrests today, targeted 24 persons including 4 university students from Idlib and others of those who were in the campus, according to sources of the Syrian Observatory.

The students were arrested today in order to be driven to conscription service, because they have not got permission for postponing military services, while the rest were arrested in the cities neighborhoods.

It is noteworthy that hundreds of students deliberately have courses in order to postpone military services, as a way to wrap around laws.

The first demonstration launched from Aleppo University was in the middle of April 2011, where it witnessed the participation of young men from Idlib some of whom have been obliged to stop their studies till today.
