Sniping and clashes in Sahl Al-Ghab leave casualties .. and about 20 raids by the Russian guarantor’s warplanes target Idlib countryside

The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights documented the killing of a members of Islamic Factions, affected by injury he had days ago, due to clashes in areas in Latakia countryside.

SOHR also monitored the killing of a member of the regime forces by sniper fire by jihadi factions, in Al-Hakura area in Sahl Al-Ghab in the north-western countryside of Hama, where exchange of shelling and clashes are underway in this area.

In connection to this, the Russian guarantor’s warplanes bombarded the towns and villages of Al-Bara, Arinbeh, Um Al-Khalakhil, Kafrumah, Hass and Hazarin in the south-eastern countryside of Idlib, bringing the number of their raids since morning to 19.

While the regime’s warplanes and helicopters have been absent from the area’s airspace.

The Syrian Observatory documented today at noon, the death of 5 persons including 3 child siblings, in a new massacre in Al-bara town due to bombardment by the Russian guarantor’s warplanes, it also documented the death of a citizen woman due to artillery shelling that targeted Marj Al-Zahr town near the Turkish post in Eshtabraq.

In the same context, the regime forces shelled the four sectors of “de-escalation zone” by about 310 artillery and rocket shells.

With  the fall of more casualties, it rose to at least 4488, the number of people who were killed since the 30th of April 2019, the date of start of the most violent escalation in terms of aerial and ground bombardment, shelling, and targeting since Putin – Erdogan agreement, until the 15th of November 2019, and they are: 1152 civilians including 289 children and 206 citizen women, and they are 273 including 61 children and 50 women, and 9 of the civil defense and 5 of the ambulance team were killed in Russian aerial bombardment on the countryside of Idlib and Hama, and 91 including 19 women and 15 children were killed in the fall of barrel bombs, and 549 including 157 children, 93 women, and 5 members of the rescue teams were killed in targeting by regime’s warplanes, also 155 people including 29 women and 26 children were killed in a ground shelling carried out by the regime forces, and 84 citizens including 27 children and 15 women were killed in shelling by the factions on al-Suqaylabiyah, Qamhana, Al-Rasif, Al-Aziziyah, Karnaz, Jurin, Al-Nairab Camp, neighborhoods in Aleppo city and its southern countryside, while at least 1792 fighters were killed in the Russian airstrikes and the regime’s aerial and ground shelling including 1169 of the Jihadis, in addition to killing of 1544 members of the regime forces in targeting and shelling by jihadi groups and factions.

During the period between the 15th of February 2019; the date of the meeting of “Rouhani – Erdogan – Putin” until the 15th of November 2019, and Syrian Observatory documented the death of 5014 people in the Russian – Turkish truce areas, they are 1435 civilians including 370 children under the age of eighteen and 270 women over the age of eighteen, they were killed in the Russian aerial bombardment and the rocket shelling by the regime forces and the factions, and among the death toll of civilians there are 110 people including 32 children under the age of eighteen and 19 citizen women over the age of eighteen, they were killed in the fall of shells launched by the factions, and 1878 fighters were killed in different conditions within the demilitarized area since Putin – Erdogan agreement, including 1202 fighters of the “Jihadis” and 1700 of the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them.

While the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights documented since the start of the Russian – Turkish truce the death of 5247 people in areas of Erdogan – Putin agreement, they are: 1518 civilians including 399 children and 284 women, were killed in shelling by the regime forces and the militiamen loyal to them, targeting, and bombardment by warplanes, and among them there are 111 people including 32 children and 20 women, were killed in the fall of shells launched by the factions, and 1945 fighters were killed in deferent circumstances within the demilitarized area since Putin – Erdogan agreement, including 1306 of the “Jihadi” fighters, and 1784 members of the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them.
