A satellite channel owned by a Syrian person fabricates accusations against “SDF” .. and turns a Burmese member of the U.S. medical team into a foreign fighter whose body cremated by SDF

As a part of media fabrications that are being passed around within the media war on the Syrian North, the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored the fabrication of a new photo of cremation of a Burmese citizen who was operating within the U.S. Medical Organization and killed in bombardment by Turkish aircraft which targeted the convoy of “Free Burma Rangers”, where a satellite channel owned by a Syrian person opposes Syria Democratic Forces, turned what was shown in a photo of cremation of the Burmese citizen and member within the medical team, into cremation of one of the foreign fighters in the ranks of SDF, it is noteworthy that Buddhism provides for the cremation of the corpses of people of this religion after their death.
