Turkish soldiers launch tear gas at citizens in Ayn al-Arab (Kobani) countryside during the third joint patrol with the Russians, and a Turkish military vehicle run over a woman’s foot

The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored a new joint patrol between the Russians and the Turkish Forces in areas north and northeastern of Syria, where the patrol is roaming the eastern countryside of Ayn al-Arab (Kobani) for the 3rd time since the beginning of this month, the patrol consists of 4 Russian and 4 Turkish vehicles and was launched Monday morning from Marj Ismail village, while the Syrian Observatory learned that a Turkish military vehicle run over a woman’s foot in Tiri village east of Ayn al-Arab, while one of the Turkish vehicles hit 2 civilian cars in the area, also tear gas was launched by members of the patrol at the people who gathered in Ayn al-Batt village, where residents of the villages where the patrol will roam gather in order to throw stones, rotten vegetables, and shoes as an expression of their rejection of the Russian – Turkish agreement, it worth mentioning that the joint patrol is the 8th of its kind since the start of the agreement between the Russian – Turkish about the Syrian north in early November.
