With intensive support from the Russian warplanes and ground shelling, the regime forces control a strategic village southeast of Idlib

Russian warplanes carried out more than 22 airstrikes on Wednesday morning targeting al-Serj village in the eastern countryside of Maarrat al-Nu’man, Om al-Khalakhil village, and other villages southeast of Idlib, amid hundreds of rocket shells launched by the regime forces of village in the southeastern countryside of Idlib, while the regime forces were able to control of the strategic village of al-Mshirfah in the southeastern countryside of Idlib. This control came after violent clashes against the factions continued since yesterday evening until after midnight, accompanied by intense air and ground strikes, where al-Mshirfah is considered the first line of defense on the contact line in the area, it has also gained importance for its height and because it monitors villages west of it, and the Syrian Observatory published yesterday evening that the Russian warplanes carried out raids today evening, by high-explosive missiles that targeted Al-Mshirfah, they also bombarded residential neighborhoods in Kafr Nubl, Hass and Maarrat Hurmah in the southern countryside of Idlib, while the regime forces stationed in Jurin Camp, shelled areas in Sahl Al-Ghab and Al-Mansura village in the north-western countryside of Hama, as well as Kabani area in the northern countryside of Latakia.
