10 persons including 2 children killed or injured in airstrkies by the Russian guarantor’s warplanes targeted Marrat Al-Nu’man

The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights documented the death of 3 citizens including 2 children due to bombardment by Russian warplanes on Maarrat Al-Nu’man city and its vicinity in the southern countryside of Idlib, while the number of casualties is expected to increase as there are 7 injuries some of whom have seriously wounded.

In the same context, it rose to 39, the number of raids carried out Russian warplanes during this day, on the clash areas and villages in the south-east of Idlib, Marrat Al-Nu’man and its vicinity, Kafrumah, Babbila, Kafr Sajnah, Maarrat Hurmah and Al-Hamidiyah south of Idlib city.

With the fall of more casualties, it rose to at least 4557, the number of people who were killed since the 30th of April 2019, the date of start of the most violent escalation in terms of aerial and ground bombardment, shelling, and targeting since Putin – Erdogan agreement, until the 20th of November 2019, and they are: 1165 civilians including 292 children and 210 citizen women, and they are 286 including 64 children and 54 women, and 9 of the civil defense and 5 of the ambulance team were killed in Russian aerial bombardment on the countryside of Idlib and Hama, and 91 including 19 women and 15 children were killed in the fall of barrel bombs, and 549 including 157 children, 93 women, and 5 members of the rescue teams were killed in targeting by regime’s warplanes, also 155 people including 29 women and 26 children were killed in a ground shelling carried out by the regime forces, and 84 citizens including 27 children and 15 women were killed in shelling by the factions on al-Suqaylabiyah, Qamhana, Al-Rasif, Al-Aziziyah, Karnaz, Jurin, Al-Nairab Camp, neighborhoods in Aleppo city and its southern countryside, while at least 1817 fighters were killed in the Russian airstrikes and the regime’s aerial and ground shelling including 1184 of the Jihadis, in addition to killing of 1575 members of the regime forces in targeting and shelling by jihadi groups and factions.

During the period between the 15th of February 2019; the date of the meeting of “Rouhani – Erdogan – Putin” until the 20th of November 2019, and Syrian Observatory documented the death of 5083 people in the Russian – Turkish truce areas, they are 1448 civilians including 373 children under the age of eighteen and 274 women over the age of eighteen, they were killed in the Russian aerial bombardment and the rocket shelling by the regime forces and the factions, and among the death toll of civilians there are 110 people including 32 children under the age of eighteen and 19 citizen women over the age of eighteen, they were killed in the fall of shells launched by the factions, and 1903 fighters were killed in different conditions within the demilitarized area since Putin – Erdogan agreement, including 1217 fighters of the “Jihadis” and 1732 of the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them.

While the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights documented since the start of the Russian – Turkish truce the death of 5316 people in areas of Erdogan – Putin agreement, they are: 1531 civilians including 402 children and 288 women, were killed in shelling by the regime forces and the militiamen loyal to them, targeting, and bombardment by warplanes, and among them there are 111 people including 32 children and 20 women, were killed in the fall of shells launched by the factions, and 1970 fighters were killed in deferent circumstances within the demilitarized area since Putin – Erdogan agreement, including 1321 of the “Jihadi” fighters, and 1815 members of the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them.
