12 persons were killed or injured in rocket shelling targeted “Qah” camps and a women hospital near the border with Iskenderun

The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights documented today the death of 2 women in addition to the injury of 10 others from the displaced people of Qah camps, after shelling by the regime forces stationed in Aleppo countryside, on areas in the camps of Qah as well as the Women Hospital in “Qah” in the northern countryside of Idlib near the border with Iskenderun, where fires broke out in several tents, while ambulances are still taking injuries to near hospitals.

SOHR documented hours ago, a spike in death toll in the bombardment by warplanes on Marraat Al-Nu’man city to 6 including 4 children.

It is the 6th massacre to be carried out since the beginning of November, due to the Russian warplanes’ airstrikes, while the number of casualties is expected to increase because of the presence of injuries some of whom have seriously wounded.

With the fall of more casualties, it rose to at least 4562, the number of people who were killed since the 30th of April 2019, the date of start of the most violent escalation in terms of aerial and ground bombardment, shelling, and targeting since Putin – Erdogan agreement, until the 20th of November 2019, and they are: 1170 civilians including 294 children and 212 citizen women, and they are 289 including 66 children and 54 women, and 9 of the civil defense and 5 of the ambulance team were killed in Russian aerial bombardment on the countryside of Idlib and Hama, and 91 including 19 women and 15 children were killed in the fall of barrel bombs, and 549 including 157 children, 93 women, and 5 members of the rescue teams were killed in targeting by regime’s warplanes, also 157 people including 31 women and 26 children were killed in a ground shelling carried out by the regime forces, and 84 citizens including 27 children and 15 women were killed in shelling by the factions on al-Suqaylabiyah, Qamhana, Al-Rasif, Al-Aziziyah, Karnaz, Jurin, Al-Nairab Camp, neighborhoods in Aleppo city and its southern countryside, while at least 1817 fighters were killed in the Russian airstrikes and the regime’s aerial and ground shelling including 1184 of the Jihadis, in addition to killing of 1575 members of the regime forces in targeting and shelling by jihadi groups and factions.

During the period between the 15th of February 2019; the date of the meeting of “Rouhani – Erdogan – Putin” until the 20th of November 2019, and Syrian Observatory documented the death of 5088 people in the Russian – Turkish truce areas, they are 1453 civilians including 375 children under the age of eighteen and 276 women over the age of eighteen, they were killed in the Russian aerial bombardment and the rocket shelling by the regime forces and the factions, and among the death toll of civilians there are 110 people including 32 children under the age of eighteen and 19 citizen women over the age of eighteen, they were killed in the fall of shells launched by the factions, and 1903 fighters were killed in different conditions within the demilitarized area since Putin – Erdogan agreement, including 1217 fighters of the “Jihadis” and 1732 of the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them.

While the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights documented since the start of the Russian – Turkish truce the death of 5321 people in areas of Erdogan – Putin agreement, they are: 1536 civilians including 404 children and 290 women, were killed in shelling by the regime forces and the militiamen loyal to them, targeting, and bombardment by warplanes, and among them there are 111 people including 32 children and 20 women, were killed in the fall of shells launched by the factions, and 1970 fighters were killed in deferent circumstances within the demilitarized area since Putin – Erdogan agreement, including 1321 of the “Jihadi” fighters, and 1815 members of the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them.
