Fatal blast in northern Syria

A war monitor reported that, a new explosion in a rebel-held area in Raqqa province in northern Syria occurred on Saturday casing the death and injury of over 30 people.

The blast took place in Sinaa neighborhood in the town of Tal Abyad in the countryside of Raqqa, a town that is controlled by the Turkey-backed rebels close to the Turkish border, over a car bomb.

4 civilians and 5 rebel fighters have died and 22 people were injured, as said by the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights.

According to the Britain-based watchdog group, the fatalities could probably increase because of the number of dangerously injured people.
