A checkpoint of the pro-Turkey division of “Al-Hamza” arrests Kurdish citizens while heading to Afrin city

Aleppo Province – The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights: the pro-Turkey factions operating within “Olive Branch” Operation Roam, are continuing their violations against the Kurdish citizens who refused to displace previously and insisted to remain in their areas within Afrin city and countryside in the north-western countryside of Aleppo.

In this context, the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights was informed that a checkpoint of the Turkish-backed division of “Al-Hamza”, in Trenda area at the entrance of Afrin city, has arrested citizens from “Korzilla” village of Shirawa Township, while they were going to Afrin city, without revealing the reasons for arresting them.
