Cautious calm continues in “Putin – Erdogan” area and warplanes of the regime and the Russian “guarantor” have been absent for 18 hours

The cautious calm continues to prevail in “Putin – Erdogan” area in light of the bad weather in the area since after midnight of yesterday, where warplanes of the regime and the Russians have been absent from the skies for more than 18 hours, while the contact areas southeast of Idlib city are witnessing sporadic targeting by the regime forces from time to time, targeting positions of the factions and Hayyaat Tahrir al-Sham in the area, and the Syrian Observatory published hours ago that the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored a cautious calm all over “Putin – Erdogan” area since yesterday evening until the moment, where the Russian warplanes as well as regime’s warplanes have been absent from the area since yesterday evening due to the bad weather conditions in Idlib province and the surrounding countryside, while the regime forces break the cautious calm through shells they occasionally launch on places in villages southeast of Idlib, where several shells landed on the villages of al-Serj, Sahal, and Al-Ferja.
