Russian delegation meets with “Ayn Issa” Council in the city days after bombing the city by the Turkish Forces and their loyal factions

The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights learned this morning that a Russian delegation is currently meeting with Ayn Issa Civil Council of the “Autonomous Administration of North and East Syria”, in Ayn Issa city, and the meeting comes days after violent clashes and shelling in the area by the Turkish Forces and their loyal factions, attempting to advance to the city and control it, and the Syrian Observatory had monitored the Turkish-backed factions controlling “Ayn Issa” camp, which was already evacuated, before these factions withdrew and retreated to 2 km back away of it, in accordance with agreements between Russia and Turkey.
