“Suleiman al-Shah’s” faction imposes between $300 to $1500 USD to release its detainees from “Sheikh Hadid” Township in Afrin countryside

Reliable sources told the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights that gunmen of the Sultan Suleiman Shah Brigade “al-Amshat” informed relatives of the detainees who are in prisons of the faction and who are from al-Sheikh Hadid Township in the countryside of Afrin; that they need to pay money between 300 and 1500 U.S. dollars in exchange for the release of their children detained in prisons of the faction, local sources told the “Syrian Observatory” that many women in Sheikh Hadid area sold their jewelry to secure the amounts imposed on them in order to release their husbands and sons, also gunmen of the faction contacted several people who are in the asylum countries who have relatives in prisons of the faction, and they demanded them to pay in exchange to release them.
