Turkish shells hunt Afrin’s displaced people in Tall Rifaat and commit massacre killed 9 casualties most of them are children
The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored a massacre carried out by Turkish Forces and their loyal factions, who shelled the Kurdish-controlled town of Tall Rifaat, which includes a Russian base in the northern countryside of Aleppo, where 9 civilians from Afrin were killed, they are: 8 children under the age of 18 and an elderly man, they were killed in the fall of Turkish shells near a school in the town, also about 21 people were injured in the shelling and some of them are in serious condition, which may raise the death toll, it worth mentioning that Tall Rifaat includes a large number of displaced people of Afrin, who were displaced by the Turkish Forces from their areas through their “Olive Branch” military operation.
