The Russian forces are stationed in “Dikeh” village and the former training center of the Military Police in “Amouda”

The Syrian Observatory for Human monitored today, that Russian forces have been stationed in “Dikeh” village west of Amouda city, at a distance of about 1 km away from the city, where the Russian forces have been stationed in an agricultural airfield in the village.

According to sources of SOHR; Russian forces also stationed in the former training center of the Military Police (the Commercial Vocational School in Amouda).

SOHR monitored today morning, the deployment of the Russian forces and the regime forces in Amuda area at the border with Turkey, while the Russian forces and the regime forces have completed their deployment in Amuda Silos near the international highway of “Aleppo – Hasakah”, known as the M4, after the withdrawal of the Turkish Forces and their loyal factions to the north of the area in accordance with a Russian – Turkish agreement, also the Syria Democratic Forces had withdrawn 4 kilometers south of the international road.

And according to Syrian Observatory’s sources, “the international road will be managed by the regime forces and forces of the Russian police”, and the sources added: “the regime forces are advancing slowly away of the media in Tal Tamr countryside, amid widespread reports among the Turkish-backed factions about waiting orders to withdraw at any moment.”

The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights published yesterday that the regime forces have been deployed today in al-Alya Silos in Al-Hasakah countryside after Russian Turkish negotiations, reliable sources informed that it has been agreed to run joint patrols between the Turkish forces and Russia on the highway M4, in addition to separating the south of the highway M4 “areas under Russia supervision”, and the north of the highway “areas under supervision of Turkey” with factions loyal to it.

According what SOHR monitored; the Russian forces and regime forces have been deployed during the recent weeks in the area from “Ayn Issa” on the International Highway to “Tal Tamr”, and Ayn Al-Arab (Kobani), and at the Syrian – Turkish border from Al-Darbasiyyah to Ayn Diwar where the regime’s Border Guard Forces have been deployed, in addition to their deployment in the west of Tal Abyad, Menagh countryside, and the north of Tal Tamr in the villages of Abu Rasin, as well as being deployed in Amouda, and sources confirmed to SOHR that a headquarters of the Russian forces is expected to be established in Tal Tamr.
