In confirmation of what SOHR published .. pro-Turkey factions withdraw from “Al-Mabrukah” Power Station and the regime forces prepare to enter it .. and Russia promises “SDF” to secure the entire M4

Confirming what the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights published yesterday, about what reliable sources said about the Turkey-loyal factions withdrawal from “Al-Mabrukah Station” amid preparations by the regime forces to enter the station.

According to sources of SOHR; Russia promised commanders of Syria Democratic Forces to secure the entire Aleppo – Al-Hasakah International Highway known as (M4) from Aleppo to Al-Hasakah and the full evacuation of Turkey-loyal factions from this area.

On December 4, SOHR was informed that an agreement reached between Turkey and Russia stipulates for the withdrawal of pro-Turkey factions from “Al-Mabrukah Station”, and to hand it over to the regime forces and the Russians in return for feeding Ras Al-Ayn city with electricity by this station.

It is note worthy that “Al-Mabrukah Station” is located more than 10 km away from Al-Mabrukah village.

On December 1, SOHR monitored that the regime forces have been deployed today in al-Alya Silos in Al-Hasakah countryside after Russian Turkish negotiations, reliable sources informed that it has been agreed to run joint patrols between the Turkish forces and Russia on the highway M4, in addition to separating the south of the highway M4 “areas under Russia supervision”, and the north of the highway “areas under supervision of Turkey” with factions loyal to it.
