In conjunction with targeting by the factions to positions of the regime forces in Idlib countryside .. warplanes of the Russian guarantor bombard the “de-escalation” zone after being absent for about 20 hours

The syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored the return of Russian warplanes to bomb Idlib countryside, after being absent for nearly 19 hours, since midnight of Wednesday – Thursday, where they carried out 8 raids targeting Kafr Nubl town and the outskirts of Hass, Hish and Sahal in the southern and south-eastern countryside of Idlib.

In the same context, the factions shelled positions of the regime forces in Al-Tamanaa town in Idlib countryside, while the regime forces shelled Arima, Al-Sherkah, Jib Suleiman, Amiqah and Qarrat Al-Jurn in the north-western countryside of Hama, without information about casualties.

SOHR monitored hours ago, that the “de-escalation” zone has been witnessing cautious calm for hours, in conjunction with the absence of Russian and regime’s aircraft for more than 15 hours, while this calm is interrupted by artillery and rocket shells whose source is positions of the regime forces, targeting Tahtaya town and Al-Tah in Idlib countryside, Al-Sermaniyyeh, Al-Hwaija and Al-Hawwash in the north-western countryside of Hama, without information about casualties so far.

SOHR monitored continued violent clashes today morning, in the south-eastern countryside of Idlib city, between the factions and jihadi groups on one hand, and the regime forces and gunmen loyal to them on the other, in the frame of continued attack by the regime forces on the areas of Um Jalal and Um Al-Tinah, along with intensive ground shelling, without change on the map of influence.

SOHR also documented human losses in the ranks of both parties due to fierce shelling and clashes since after midnight, where 12 members of the regime forces and gunmen loyal to them were killed, as well as the killing of 10 fighters including 7 jihadis.

Thus, the total number of casualties in the ranks of both parties who were killed in the fierce hit-and-run clashes in the south-eastern countryside of Idlib since November 30 until today morning, have increased to at least 173, they are: 82 members of the regime forces and 91 fighters including 67 jihadis.
