Barrel bombs dropped on citizens kill a citizen woman and raise the death toll of today’s bombardment on Idlib countryside to 21 civilian casualties
A woman was killed due to dropping barrel bombs be regime’s helicopters on Tell Mannas town in the southern countryside of Idlib, while the Syrian Observatory has documented hours ago, the death of a man, as well as the injury of 4 others in the same bombardment.
Thus, it rose to 21 including 8 children, the number of civilians who were killed today in the bombardment, they are: 9 persons including 3 children and 2 women who were killed in Russian bombardment on Balyon, 5 citizens including 3 children and a woman who were killed as a result of barrel bombs dropped by helicopters on Abditta village in the southern countryside of Idlib, 4 citizens including 2 women and a child were killed in Russian bombardment on Al-Bara town south of Idlib, , a child was killed due to bombardment by the regime’s warplanes on Bajghas village east of Idlib, and a man and a woman who were killed due to barrel bombs dropped by the regime’s helicopters on Tell Mannas south of Idlib and the death toll is expected to increase due to the presence of more than 43 injured cases, some of them are in serious conditions.
With the fall of more casualties, it rose to at least 783, the number of people who were killed since the 31st of August 2019, the date of start of the most violent escalation in terms of aerial and ground bombardment, shelling, and targeting since Putin – Erdogan agreement, until the 7th of December 2019, and they are: 217 civilians including 60 children and 44 citizen women, and they are 96 including 30 children and 17 women were killed in Russian aerial bombardment on the countryside of Idlib and Hama, and 13 including 3 women and 4 children were killed in the fall of barrel bombs, and 32 including 5 children 6 women were killed in targeting by regime’s warplanes, also 64 people including 16 women and 16 children were killed in a ground shelling carried out by the regime forces, and 12 citizens including 5 children and 2 women were killed in shelling by the factions on regime forces’-controlled areas in Aleppo and its countryside and the countryside of Hama, while at least 276 fighters were killed in the Russian airstrikes and the regime’s aerial and ground shelling including 181 of the Jihadis, in addition to killing of 290 members of the regime forces in targeting and shelling by jihadi groups and factions.
Thus, it rose to at least 4884, the number of people who were killed since the 30th of April 2019, the date of start of the most violent escalation in terms of aerial and ground bombardment, shelling, and targeting since Putin – Erdogan agreement, until the 7th of December 2019, and they are: 1262 civilians including 320 children and 230 citizen women, and they are 322 including 74 children and 60 women, and 9 of the civil defense and 6 of the ambulance team were killed in Russian aerial bombardment on the countryside of Idlib and Hama, and 101 including 22 women and 19 children were killed in the fall of barrel bombs, and 569 including 159 children, 96 women, and 5 members of the rescue teams were killed in targeting by regime’s warplanes, also 178 people including 36 women and 37 children were killed in a ground shelling carried out by the regime forces, and 92 citizens including 31 children and 16 women were killed in shelling by the factions on al-Suqaylabiyah, Qamhana, Al-Rasif, Al-Aziziyah, Karnaz, Jurin, Al-Nairab Camp, neighborhoods in Aleppo city and its southern countryside, while at least 1941 fighters were killed in the Russian airstrikes and the regime’s aerial and ground shelling including 1268 of the Jihadis, in addition to killing of 1681 members of the regime forces in targeting and shelling by jihadi groups and factions.
During the period between the 15th of February 2019; the date of the meeting of “Rouhani – Erdogan – Putin” until the 7th of December 2019, and Syrian Observatory documented the death of 5410 people in the Russian – Turkish truce areas, they are 1545 civilians including 401 children under the age of eighteen and 294 women over the age of eighteen, they were killed in the Russian aerial bombardment and the rocket shelling by the regime forces and the factions, and among the death toll of civilians there are 118 people including 34 children under the age of eighteen and 20 citizen women over the age of eighteen, they were killed in the fall of shells launched by the factions, and 2027 fighters were killed in different conditions within the demilitarized area since Putin – Erdogan agreement, including 1300 fighters of the “Jihadis” and 1838 of the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them.
While the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights documented since the start of the Russian – Turkish truce the death of 5644 people in areas of Erdogan – Putin agreement, they are: 1628 civilians including 430 children and 308 women, were killed in shelling by the regime forces and the militiamen loyal to them, targeting, and bombardment by warplanes, and among them there are 119 people including 34 children and 21 women, were killed in the fall of shells launched by the factions, and 2094 fighters were killed in deferent circumstances within the demilitarized area since Putin – Erdogan agreement, including 1404 of the “Jihadi” fighters, and 1922 members of the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them.
