For unknown reasons so far .. a Russian patrol roams for the first time in Al-Mayadin city which is factually under control of the “Iranian forces”

The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored yesterday a joint military column of Russian forces and regime forces roaming in Al-Mayadin city which is under control of the “Iranian forces and their loyal militias” in the eastern countryside of Deir Ezzor.

It is noteworthy that this is the first time for the Russian forces to roam in Al-Mayadin city, and no information was reported so far about the reasons for such tour.
