After Douma, anonymous gunmen carry out violent attacks on the regime forces’ checkpoints in the vicinity of Kanaker west of the capital Damascus

Rif Dimashq Province – The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights: local sources informed the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights that anonymous gunmen have attacked checkpoints of the regime forces in the vicinity of Kanaker town in the western Rif Dimashq.

According to sources of SOHR; unknown persons wrote new graffiti messages yesterday evening, on walls in Kanaker town read “Yaltharat Al-Mu’taqaleen (in revenge for the detainees) – down with the reconciliation committee – neither journey begun nor struggle was over – we want the detainees”.

After that, military checkpoints of the regime forces stationed at the main entrance of Kanaker town, the two checkpoints of the eastern entrance, and the checkpoint of the western entrance, came under armed attack by unidentified gunmen lasted for nearly 60 consecutive minuets, amid sound of loud explosions, as a result of targeting the eastern checkpoint with RPG, without information about the amount of losses so far.
