Within 10 months after the meeting of “Putin – Erdogan – Rouhani”, 750,000 displaced persons and the regime forces control 70 areas with Russian support, More than 1,550 civilians were killed in the “de-escalation” zone, including about 700 children and women.

It has been 10 months since the trilateral summit of Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan met with his Russian counterpart Vladimir Putin and Iranian President Hassan Rouhani, and the “de-escalation” region, stretching from the northeastern Latakia mountains, to the northwestern suburbs of Aleppo city through the countryside of both Hama and Idlib, during the period from the date of the meeting in mid-February to the middle of this month, witnessed major events in terms of areas of control, killing, displacement and destruction, documented by the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights.

The Syrian Observatory also monitored during this period more than 26 hospitals and medical points that got out of service as a result of the hysterical shelling, particularly the Russian: they are (( Kafr Zeita Hospital, Jisr al-Shughour Hospital, Kiwan Hospital in Kafr Aweed, Al Sham Central Hospital, Kafrnbel Surgical, Al Sayidah Maryam, Al-Khatib and Orient in Kafrenbel, And Nabid Al Hayat Hospital in Hass, Al-Tah hospital, Sarjeh Hospital, Balshon Hospital, 112 hospital in Qalaat Al Madiq, Al-Magharah Hospital, Sham Hospital in The town of Latamana, specialized hospital in Hawash village, women’s hospital in Termlah and Al-Amal Hospital in Kansafra, in addition to health and medical centers in Kafr Nabudah, Maar Harma, Al-Hobait, Al-Rakaya, Kafruma and Center of Al Ghab Al Awsat, Khan Sheikhoun and Hish.)), During the same period, the Syrian Observatory documented the use of international prohibited materials by the regime forces during their ground bombardment, causing thousands of acres to burn in the southern and western agricultural lands of Khan Sheikhoun, Al-Hobait, Abidin, The outskirts of Kafr Sajnah, Kafr Ain, and other areas within the southern sector of the countryside of Idlib, Harsh al-Skebiyeh, Tal Hadya and IKARDA area in the southern countryside of Aleppo, as well as Kafr Zitah and Latamanh in the northern countryside of Hama, as well as the depredations by the regime forces and the allied armed forces in the areas they controlled by robbing houses and shops, and looting agricultural crops of civilians.

The Syrian Observatory also monitored the displacement of more than 750,000 civilians since late April, from their homes and areas against the backdrop of the barbaric shelling and military operations by the Russians and the regime, where a large part of them are staying in the open in nearby agricultural lands, while some of them fled to their relatives in the depth of Idlib city and the northern and north-western of Aleppo, another part also fled to the border camps with the Iskenderun, It is worth mentioning that the area has witnessed re-displacements, where the people of several areas within the countryside of Hama and southern Idlib were forced to flee to other places in the area where the regime and the Russians’ hysterical strikes forced them to flee again into the unknown, under the war traders practices in the northern countryside of Idlib by taking advantage of the current situation and raising the rental prices of houses to unbelievable amounts , while the role of the Turkish “guarantor” is manifested in the killing of Syrians at its borders by the bullets of Jandarma.

While the period between the 15th of February 2019, the date of the meeting of “Ruhani – Erdogan – Putin” until the 15th of December 2019, the Syrian Observatory documented the martyrdom and deaths of 5461 people in the Russian –Turkish truce areas, they are 1551 civilians including 405 children and 294 women, they were killed by the Russian air strikes and the rocket shelling by the regime forces and the factions, and among the death toll of civilians there are 120 people including 34 children and 20 women were martyred in shells launched by the factions on the regime-held areas, and 2042 fighters were killed in different circumstances within the demilitarized area since Putin – Erdogan agreement, including 1311 fighters of the “Jihadis” and 1868 of the regime forces and allied militias.
