40 explosive barrels on areas in Damascus and Dar’a countrysides.

Reef Dimashq province: Helicopters dropped 12 explosive barrels on areas in Daraya and 8 on al-Zabdani. Clashes took place between regime forces and rebels around Arbin. 

Dar’a province: 14 explosive barrels fell since this morning on areas in Tal Antar and the surrounding valleys of Kafar Shams. explosive barrels also fell on al-Taiha town. 11 civilians were tortured to death after detaining them earlier by regime forces. 1 rebel killed by Clashes around Damascus.
