Unknown assailants try to assassinate a citizen who refused to pay them money, In the light of the activity of ISIS cells in SDF’s areas of influence

Deir ez-Zor Governorate – Syrian Observatory for Human Rights: The Syrian Observatory monitored gunfire by unidentified gunmen targeting the home of a citizen in al-Al-Bsira a town in Deir ez-Zor countryside.
