Child dies due to cold and lack of health care in “al-Hol mini-state” east of Hasakah

Al-Hasaka Province, the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights: a 3-year-old girl died today due to cold and lack of health care in al-Hol Camp, the child is from al-Muhassan city in Deir Ezzor countryside.
