3 massacres and 23 casualties are the result of the ground and air shelling on Idlib countryside, and more than 100 air strikes target the “de-escalation” area since today’s morning

The Syrian Observatory documented more casualties in the air and ground shelling by regime’s warplanes and its ground forces on Idlib province, where the number of civilians casualties since the morning rose to 23, also regime’s warplanes committed 2 massacres in Talmanas and Ma’saran in the southeastern countryside of Idlib.

The Syrian Observatory also monitored a massacre in Bidama town in the western countryside of Idlib caused by the ground strikes, where the number of people who were killed rose to 7 of one family, including a child and 2 women, as a result of a massacre carried out by regime warplanes targeting the town of Telmans in the southern countryside of Idlib, as well as killed citizen by Dropping the helicopter barrel bombs on the town, and woman as a result of the targeting of the regime’s warplanes in Talmanas town, in addition to 6 citizens of a single family (a citizen woman and 3 of her children and 2 other women), were killed due to a massacre committed by the regime forces through their ground shelling on Bidama village in Jisr Al-Shughur countryside.

The death toll of bombardment by regime’s warplanes that targeted Ma’saran village south of Idlib; has risen to 6 in addition to citizen, where regime’s warplanes targeted the outskirts of Babila village, and a citizen was killed due to dropping barrel bombs by helicopters on Maarrat al-Nu’man village, and the number of casualties may still rise because there are more than 21 wounded people, and some of them are in dangerous situations.

And in the same context, it rose to 31, the number of raids carried out by regime’s warplanes on Maarrat al-Nu’man city, Jarjanaz, Ma’saran, Marshourin, Marshamsha, al-Halba, Marshmarin, Abu Habba, Maarrat al-Nu’man Highway, Outskirts of Babila, Talmanas, Ghadqa, and al-Kanayis in Idlib countryside, also it rose to 48, the number of barrel bombs dropped by regime’s helicopters on al-Haraki, Babulin, Hass, Jarjanaz, al-Ghadqa, the vicinity of Talmanas, Babila, Marshamsha, and Marshourin in the eastern countryside of Maarrat al-Nu’man in Idlib countryside, and Kabani area in Latakia countryside, also it rose to 26, the number of raids carried out by Russian warplanes on Sehyan, Babulin, Jarjanaz, al-Qarati, al-Tah, Dier Sharqi, Marshourin, Tal Mardikh, Maarrat al-Nu’man, the western outskirts of Abu al-Duhur, and south of al-Arba’ein area in Idlib countryside.

And with the fall of more casualties, it rose to at least 866, the number of people who were killed since the last agreement of “Putin – Erdogan” on the 31st of August 2019, the date of start of the most violent escalation in terms of aerial and ground bombardment, shelling, and targeting since Putin – Erdogan agreement, until the 17th of December 2019, and they are: 252 civilians including 72 children and 52 citizen women, and they are 103 including 35 children and 19 women were killed in Russian aerial bombardment on the countryside of Idlib and Hama, and 17 including 3 women and 6 children were killed in the fall of barrel bombs, and 47 including 6 children 9 women were killed in targeting by regime’s warplanes, also 71 people including 19 women and 20 children were killed in a ground shelling carried out by the regime forces, and 14 citizens including 5 children and 2 women were killed in shelling by the factions on regime forces’-controlled areas in Aleppo and its countryside and the countryside of Hama, while at least 291 fighters were killed in the Russian airstrikes and the regime’s aerial and ground shelling including 192 of the Jihadis, in addition to killing of 323 members of the regime forces in targeting and shelling by jihadi groups and factions.

Thus, it rose to at least 4967, the number of people who were killed since the 30th of April 2019, the date of start of the most violent escalation in terms of aerial and ground bombardment, shelling, and targeting since Putin – Erdogan agreement, until the 17th of December 2019, and they are: 1297 civilians including 332 children and 238 citizen women, and they are 329 including 79 children and 62 women, and 9 of the civil defense and 6 of the ambulance team were killed in Russian aerial bombardment on the countryside of Idlib and Hama, and 105 including 22 women and 21 children were killed in the fall of barrel bombs, and 584 including 160 children, 99 women, and 5 members of the rescue teams were killed in targeting by regime’s warplanes, also 185 people including 39 women and 41 children were killed in a ground shelling carried out by the regime forces, and 94 citizens including 31 children and 16 women were killed in shelling by the factions on al-Suqaylabiyah, Qamhana, Al-Rasif, Al-Aziziyah, Karnaz, Jurin, Al-Nairab Camp, neighborhoods in Aleppo city and its southern countryside, while at least 1956 fighters were killed in the Russian airstrikes and the regime’s aerial and ground shelling including 1279 of the Jihadis, in addition to killing of 1714 members of the regime forces in targeting and shelling by jihadi groups and factions.

During the period between the 15th of February 2019; the date of the meeting of “Rouhani – Erdogan – Putin” until the 17th of December 2019, and Syrian Observatory documented the death of 5493 people in the Russian – Turkish truce areas, they are 1580 civilians including 413 children under the age of eighteen and 302 women over the age of eighteen, they were killed in the Russian aerial bombardment and the rocket shelling by the regime forces and the factions, and among the death toll of civilians there are 120 people including 34 children under the age of eighteen and 20 citizen women over the age of eighteen, they were killed in the fall of shells launched by the factions, and 2042 fighters were killed in different conditions within the demilitarized area since Putin – Erdogan agreement, including 1311 fighters of the “Jihadis” and 1871 of the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them.

While the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights documented since the start of the Russian – Turkish truce the death of 5729 people in areas of Erdogan – Putin agreement, they are: 1663 civilians including 442 children and 316 women, were killed in shelling by the regime forces and the militiamen loyal to them, targeting, and bombardment by warplanes, and among them there are 121 people including 34 children and 21 women, were killed in the fall of shells launched by the factions, and 2109 fighters were killed in deferent circumstances within the demilitarized area since Putin – Erdogan agreement, including 1415 of the “Jihadi” fighters, and 1955 members of the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them.
