Backed by “Liwa al-Quds”, regime forces take control of Al-Raffa, and 112 casualties of regime and factions are documented in 24 hours

Fierce clashes have been still continuing between the regime forces, NDF militiamen and “Liwa al-Quds” on one hand, and the factions and jihadi groups on the other, in the south-eastern countryside of Idlib, where the regime forces backed by heavy aerial and ground bombardment to take control of Al-Raffa village raising the number of villages and farms they imposed their control upon since yesterday evening to  at least ten, they are: Um Jalal, Um Twinah, Al-Kharibah, Al-Rabiaa, Al-Sha’ra, Bernan, Sahal, Al-Ferja, Abu Habba and Al-Raffa.

SOHR documented more human losses in the ranks of both parties due to aerial and ground bombardment in the past 24 hours, where it rose to 42, the number of casualties in the ranks of the regime forces and gunmen loyal, while 70 fighters were killed including 13 of the factions and the rest are of the jihadis.

SOHR also documented the killing of five members of regime forces and allied militiamen, today in Latakia countryside, while fending off attempts to advancement into Kbanai area and the hill of Al-Haddadah in Jabal Al-Akrad.

In the same connection, SOHR documented the death of a citizen due to a raid by the regime’s warplanes on Deir Sharqi town in the countryside of Maarrat Al-Nu’man, another citizen died affected by the injury he had in Russian air strikes targeted Binnish town days ago, while 2 citizens were injured due to Russian air strikes on the vicinity of Kusnaya village in the southern countryside of Aleppo.

With the fall of more casualties, it rose to at least 1003, the number of people who were killed since the last agreement of “Putin – Erdogan” on the 31st of August 2019, the date of start of the most violent escalation in terms of aerial and ground bombardment, shelling, and targeting since Putin – Erdogan agreement, until the 20th of December 2019, and they are: 272 civilians including 75 children and 56 citizen women, and they are 112 including 37 children and 21 women were killed in Russian aerial bombardment on the countryside of Idlib and Hama, and 19 including 3 women and 6 children were killed in the fall of barrel bombs, and 50 including 6 children 10 women were killed in targeting by regime’s warplanes, also 77 people including 20 women and 21 children were killed in a ground shelling carried out by the regime forces, and 14 citizens including 5 children and 2 women were killed in shelling by the factions on regime forces’-controlled areas in Aleppo and its countryside and the countryside of Hama, while at least 361 fighters were killed in the Russian airstrikes and the regime’s aerial and ground shelling including 249 of the Jihadis, in addition to killing of 370 members of the regime forces in targeting and shelling by jihadi groups and factions.

Thus, it rose to at least 5104, the number of people who were killed since the 30th of April 2019, the date of start of the most violent escalation in terms of aerial and ground bombardment, shelling, and targeting since Putin – Erdogan agreement, until the 20th of December 2019, and they are: 1317 civilians including 335 children and 242 citizen women, and they are 338 including 81 children and 64 women, and 9 of the civil defense and 6 of the ambulance team were killed in Russian aerial bombardment on the countryside of Idlib and Hama, and 107 including 22 women and 21 children were killed in the fall of barrel bombs, and 586 including 160 children, 100 women, and 5 members of the rescue teams were killed in targeting by regime’s warplanes, also 191 people including 40 women and 41 children were killed in a ground shelling carried out by the regime forces, and 94 citizens including 31 children and 16 women were killed in shelling by the factions on al-Suqaylabiyah, Qamhana, Al-Rasif, Al-Aziziyah, Karnaz, Jurin, Al-Nairab Camp, neighborhoods in Aleppo city and its southern countryside, while at least 2026 fighters were killed in the Russian airstrikes and the regime’s aerial and ground shelling including 1336 of the Jihadis, in addition to killing of 1761 members of the regime forces in targeting and shelling by jihadi groups and factions.

During the period between the 15th of February 2019; the date of the meeting of “Rouhani – Erdogan – Putin” until the 20th of December 2019, and Syrian Observatory documented the death of 5630 people in the Russian – Turkish truce areas, they are 1600 civilians including 416 children under the age of eighteen and 306 women over the age of eighteen, they were killed in the Russian aerial bombardment and the rocket shelling by the regime forces and the factions, and among the death toll of civilians there are 120 people including 34 children under the age of eighteen and 20 citizen women over the age of eighteen, they were killed in the fall of shells launched by the factions, and 2112 fighters were killed in different conditions within the demilitarized area since Putin – Erdogan agreement, including 1368 fighters of the “Jihadis” and 1918 of the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them.

While the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights documented since the start of the Russian – Turkish truce the death of 5864 people in areas of Erdogan – Putin agreement, they are: 1683 civilians including 445 children and 320 women, were killed in shelling by the regime forces and the militiamen loyal to them, targeting, and bombardment by warplanes, and among them there are 121 people including 34 children and 21 women, were killed in the fall of shells launched by the factions, and 2179 fighters were killed in deferent circumstances within the demilitarized area since Putin – Erdogan agreement, including 1472 of the “Jihadi” fighters, and 2002 members of the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them.
