Clashes renew between Turkish-backed factions and Manbij Military Council in north-eastern Aleppo

Aleppo Governorate – Syrian Observatory for Human Rights: The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored renewed clashes in the countryside of Manbij city north-east of Aleppo, between Turkish-backed factions on one hand, and Manbij Military Council on the other, where clashes were concentrated after midnight Saturday – Sunday in Al-Hamran frontline north of the city, accompanied by mutual targets, casualties were reported on both sides.
On December 11, the Syrian Observatory monitored renewed rocket shelling by Turkish forces on Kurdish forces positions in Maranaz village and Meng military airport in northern Aleppo countryside, as clashes are taking place between Ankara-backed factions on one hand, and Manbij Military Council on the other, on Al-Yalysli’s frontline in western countryside of Manbij city, accompanied by mutual targets with shells and heavy machine guns.
