Targeting and clashes between clan gunmen and the regime forces after a dispute between them over a “water ferry” used to smuggle towards SDF areas east of Deir Ezzor

Deir Ezzor Province, the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights: the Syrian Observatory learned that clan gunmen clashed with the regime forces in the eastern countryside of Deir Ezzor, and according to the “Syrian Observatory’s” information, one of the officers of the regime forces tried to bring back a water ferry belongs to him; which the armed clan had taken over after it sank in the river, but this was not accepted by the tribal gunmen, so they targeted the regime forces with machineguns and RPG shells, sources of the Syrian Observatory added that the operation eventually led to delivering the ferry to the gunmen, it worth mentioning that the ferries are being used for smuggling between regime forces’-controlled areas and the Syria Democratic Forces’ controlled areas in Boqruss town east of Deir Ezzor.
