Opposition factions target Al-Assad’s hometown with missiles, and regime forces shell Maarrat Al-Nu’man countryside

The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights has monitored that opposition factions fired at least three missiles today afternoon on Al-Qardaha, the Syrian regime President’s hometown. The missiles fell on farmlands in the city’s rural. No information about casualties was reported.

In connection to this, clashes are underway in Kabani area in Jabal Al-Akrad in the northern countryside of Latakia, between the regime forces and gunmen loyal to them against jihadi factions. The clashes are coincided with exchange of shelling between both parties.

Meanwhile, regime forces targeted places in Maarshourin, Tal Mannas and Al-Ghadfah in Maarrat Al-Nu’man countryside with missiles.
