ISIS cells throw a grenade onto house of a person refused to give “Zakat” in Deir Ezzor countryside

Deir Ezzor Province – The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights: the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights has learned that ISIS cells asked a person to pay them a sum of money as “Zakat”.

When he refused to give them money, ISIS armed members threw a stunt grenade onto his house which pushed the person to open fire on them. No casualties were reported.
