Russian forces take over former Coalition base in Tal Samn

SOHR has learned that the Russian forces have taken the International Coalition former base in Tal Samn area, between Ain Issa town and Al-Raqqah city, to be their new military base in there. Military and logistic equipment have been transported to the new post.

On December 4, SOHR reported that Russian forces brought logistical and military reinforcements to Ayn Issa Airbase, which became the headquarters of the Russians after it was an American base of the International Coalition.

According to sources of the Syrian Observatory, at least 15 vehicles carrying military and logistical equipment and prefabricated rooms in addition to tankers carrying diesel, arrived this morning at Ayn Issa airbase.
