Air strikes hit rural Maarat al-Numan as Russian aircraft renew aerial operations over the “de-escalation” zone

SOHR reported that Russian warplanes carried out several raids, during which they targeted places in Al-Ghadfa and Masaran in rural Maarat al-Numan, while helicopter dropped barrel bombs on areas in the vicinity of Maar shamarin.

Meanwhile, regime forces bombed after midnight Saturday – Sunday and Today, places in Maar shorin, Maar shamsheh, Talmenas, Maarat al-Numan, Maasaran, Maar shamarin, Al Dier Al Sharqi and Al Gharbi.

The Syrian Observatory reported yesterday, that areas in rural Idlib province, witnessed the most violent military escalation since the past ten days, as weather conditions improve for hours during the day, regime forces targeted also the rural areas of Hama, Idlib and Latakia with some 240 ground and air strikes.
