Ariha’s death toll reached 14 civilians and new Russian air strikes on the “de-escalation” zone

Cautious calm continues throughout the “de-escalation” zone from yesterday evening to date, while the Syrian Observatory reported new Russian air strikes targeted the outskirts of the village of Deir Sharqi in rural Maarat al-Numan with two air raids, without reported any casualties so far.

The death toll continues to rise as a result of the massacre carried out by regime warplanes yesterday by bombing the city of Ariha south of Idlib, the number of people killed in the raids has risen to 14, including one woman and three children, targeted residential neighborhoods, a school, a mosque and a kindergarten inside the city on Sunday.
The number of people killed since the last “Putin-Erdogan” agreement on August 31 to date, raised to 1392, 342 civilians, including 93 children and 66 women killed by regime and Russian “guarantor” aircrafts, in addition to ground bombardments and targets.

141 persons, including 43 children and 24 women were killed in Russian air strikes on Idlib and Hama countryside, 21 persons, including three women and seven children were killed in barrel bombs by helicopters, 76, including ten children and 15 women were killed in the targeting of regime warplanes.

90 people, including 22 women and 28 children were killed in ground shelling by the regime, 14 civilians, including five children and two women were killed by opposition factions shelling on regime-held areas In Aleppo city and its countryside and Hama countryside, in the same period, at least 501 fighters were killed by regime and Russians aerial and ground strikes and in clashes , including 361 jihadists, in addition to 549 members of regime forces and loyalists were killed in targeting, bombing, explosions and clashes with jihadist groups and factions.

The death toll since the start of the most violent escalation in the “de-escalation” zone on April 30 to date, raised to 5493 persons, including 1387 civilians, and 353 children and 252 women were killed by regime and Russian “guarantor” warplanes, in addition to bombardment and ground targets.

367 persons, including 87 children, 67 women, nine civil defense and six of the emergency service by Russian air strikes in both Idlib and Hama countryside, 109, including 22 women and 22 children were killed in barrel bombs by helicopters, 614 persons including 165 children, 105 women and five members of the rescue teams were killed also in targeting by regime warplanes.

A further 204 people, including 42 women and 48 children were killed in ground bombardments carried out by regime forces, 94 civilians, including 31 children and 16 women were killed by opposition factions shelling on Saqalbya, Qamhanah, Al-Rasif, Aziziya, Karnaz, Jurin, Al-Nairb camp and other neighborhoods in Aleppo city and its southern countryside, In the same period, at least 2166 fighters were killed by regime and Russian air and ground strikes and clashes, including 1448 of jihadists, in addition to 1940 of regime forces and loyalists killed in targets, bombings, explosions and clashes with jihadist groups and opposition factions.

During the period between the 15th of February 2019, the date of “Ruhani – Erdogan – Putin” metting until today, the Syrian Observatory documented the death of 6019 people in the Russian –Turkish truce areas, 1670 civilians, including 434 children and 316 women were killed by Russian air strikes and rocket fire by regime forces and opposition factions.

Among the death toll of civilians there is 120 people including 34 children and 20 women were killed in shell launched by opposition factions on regime-held areas, and 2252 fighters were killed in different circumstances within the demilitarized zone since recent Putin – Erdogan agreement, including 1480 fighters of “Jihadist” and 2097 of regime forces and loyalists.

SOHR also reported since the start of Russian – Turkish truce, the death of 6253 people in areas of Erdogan – Putin agreement, 1753 civilians including 463 children and 330 women were killed in shelling, targeting and bombardment by regime warplanes and loyalists, among causalities there were 121 people, including 34 children and 21 women who killed in shelling launched by opposition factions.

2319 fighters were killed in deferent circumstances within the demilitarized zone since Putin – Erdogan agreement, including 1584 of “Jihadist”, 2181 members of regime forces and loyalists.
