11 IS fighters killed in Tal Hamis countryside

Reliable sources reported to SOHR that 11 IS fighters were killed by an attack by YPG south of Tal Hamis, YPG backed by al-Snadid were able to take control on the town in Feb, after violent clashes against IS.
