ISIS Gunmen chant “the Islamic State is here to stay” in al-Busayrah streets in rural Deir Ezzor

Deir Ezzor Province, the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights: the Syrian Observatory learned that 4 members of the “Islamic State” organization chanted “the Islamic State is here to stay” as they drove today on motorcycles carrying their machine guns on 20th Street in al-Busayrah city in the eastern countryside of Deir Ezzor.
Where SDF’s areas are witnessing a state of insecurity, in which the marks of cells of the “Islamic State” organization can be still seen behind the bombings and killings of civilians and members of the Syria Democratic Forces.
The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights learned on the 23rd of December 2019 that the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights learned this evening that four masked gunmen, believed to be cell members of the “Islamic State” organization shot at a car of the Syria Democratic Forces on the 20th Street in al-Busayrah city in the eastern countryside of Ezzor, and then fled chanting the “the State of Islam remains.”
