Russian and regime forces heading from Qamishli to rural Ras al-Ain (Sari Kani)
The Syrian Observatory sources reported that a military column belonging to regime and Russian forces set off, on Monday morning, from Al Qamishli city through Al Derbasiya and took the road of Ras al-Ain town (Sri Kanier).
The column consists of at least 12 armored vehicles and military trucks, without knowing the reasons for the column’s mission, amid movements of Turkish forces and proxies factions in the area.
The current development of events in north-eastern Syria coincides with a ceasefire within the “de-escalation” zone.
Yesterday, SOHR activists reported that a Russian military column passed through Al Derbasiya city came from Abu Rasin area, and headed towards Al Qamishli city.
The column consists of nearly 25 vehicles, including military vehicles, tanks and other vehicles, Observatory sources added that the column is part of the Russian column that went yesterday to Qamishli.
The Syrian Observatory learned that two vehicles belonging to Russian police roamed with vehicles of the internal security forces “Asayish” in west and southwest rural Al Darbasiya.
